Servers: - Provide outstanding customer service to our guests - Assist with room set-up and tear down - Set tables - Reliable and able to work flexible shifts - Serve food and drinks in a professional and friendly manner - Be BASSET certified - Clear tables and clean work areas - Complete any and all side work assigned for either that day’s event or the next day’s event Bartenders: - Responsibly mix and serve drinks - Reliable and able to work flexible shifts - Be BASSET certified - Accurately handle cash and credit transactions - Set-up bar for day’s events - Serve tables in the bar when necessary - Provide outstanding guest service - Properly close cash register at the end of each shift Please submit applications or direct questions to Food & Beverage Manager

Salary: $9 - $11 per hour (Based on qualifications) Duties include: Complete building cleaning as needed maintaining and cleaning facility. Complete room set-ups/breakdowns, and cleaning, before/after various functions, in and around building. This individual must have good oral and written communication skills. Line Cook/ Banquet Cook General Hours: Part Time 15-25 hours per week Location: Bridges of Poplar Creek C.C. Salary: $8 - $12 per hour (Based on qualifications) Duties Include: Providing coordination and production of food from the restaurant/bar, kitchen, banquets, weddings and golf outings that meets the expectations of all guests. Other Duties: Maintain food quality and presentation, be aware of food items in coolers in an effort to re-use certain items to cut down on food costs, maintain a clean working environment, prompt timing in preparing and serving food, and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
